My role was varied, Initially hired as Senior UX Designer, I found myself supporting every project discipline from communication consult, to Project Manager as well as mentor to two Auszubildender.
I exercised my duties as UX Designer, defining the desired user experiences, presenting design structures to clients, creation and updating of style guides and of course hosting testing labs in order to gauge the best way forward for our clients.
As a consult the topics of further development or relaunches, vision determination, goals and success criteria and when the next workshop would be was never missing from the agenda.
